We all have dreams of seeing the world. The best way to see the world and gain credits as a student is to study abroad. Many students that receive financial aid and scholarships are able to go abroad with minimal costs and have experiences of a lifetime.

Although the corona virus has brought studying abroad to a standstill and study abroad programs will resume during the summer, this is a good time to plan to study in another country.

There are three programs you can enter to broaden your perspective of the world. You can apply for FIU faculty-led programs, International student exchange programs where you study at an FIU partner school, or programs outside of FIU that give you credit for classes.

Even though the pandemic has created restrictions around studying abroad, there are many culturally immerse programs where students can study abroad VIRTUALLY.
