A lot of us are probably experiencing an exhausting Tuesday ALREADY. Our lives are multifaceted and complex. But there isn’t anything that coffee (or TEA, if you’re sipping on tea and relaxed type ) can’t fix.

It is Pumpkin Spiced Latte season! lets learn more about coffee.

There are 30 types of coffee in the world. However, Arabica and Robusta are the most popular beans that account for the coffee produced. There  are so many variations, flavors, aromas, and additives that it would take more than a lifetime to taste them all.

Arabica beans account for a majority of the coffee produced today. They  account for about 60% of the world’s coffee consumption. They’re generally considered to  be of a higher quality than the other bean types and are grown predominantly in Latin America.

Robusta beans, on the other hand, are a much stronger and bitter bean that is produced and used in many types of espressos and even for those that prefer a really strong coffee. They tend to have around double the caffeine content of Arabica beans.

Here are a few coffee beverage terms to help you try something new:

Cortado – An espresso cut with a small amount of warm milk to reduce the acidity.

Doppio – A double shot of espresso served in a demitasse cup.

Espresso con panna – Coffee made with whipped cream

Cold Brew Coffee – A method of brewing that doesn’t use hot water. Instead, cold water and a longer period of time is used to create the finished cold coffee beverage
