Free Yoga Classes!

Nago Yoga’s mission is to bring yoga to everyone in an effort to demystify the notion that yoga is too difficult. The studio is offering free classes in South Beach and Little Haiti, inviting new yoga students, seniors and pregnant women, as well as everyone else, to join. Created by Janet Meier, a graduate of Columbia College with a focus on dance, the classes incorporate yoga poses, warrior poses and African dance.

Taking place every Friday from 7-8 a.m.

Located at 14th Street and Ocean Drive, Miami Beach.

Saturday, March 21st

Third Saturday art walk!

The Bird Road Art Walk is held the third Saturday of every month. Celebrate art, music, poetry and more during the Bird Road Art Walk. Enjoy free parking and a free shuttle service  that loops continuously throughout the district stopping at each participating artists’ studio and gallery. Start your Art Walk at any of the participating studios.

Taking place every Saturday from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Located East off the Palmetto Expressway (SR 826) And South of Bird Rd (SW 40th Street), The Majority of the Studios Are Located off of SW 74 & SW 75 Ave

Sunday, March 22nd

Japanese Spring Festival!

Enjoy a day’s worth of Japanese-themed activities during the Japanese Spring Festival, this Sunday, at the Miami Beach Botanical Garden, 2000 Convention Center Dr. The free festival celebrates the culture that inspired the host site’s Japanese Garden. There will be Japanese-themed activities, food, and taiko drumming performances by Fushu Daiko. Attendees can taste sake from Hiro Sake, watch a kimono fashion show, see their name written in Japanese characters, see sushi and bento boxes prepared by Tokyo blue and purchase bamboo and Florida natives at the plant sale.

Taking place this Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
